What happens at your limit?
Nothing breaks. Submissions keep arriving - Formhook never drops a lead. You get warnings at 80% and 100% by email and push. If you stay over the limit for long, it's time to upgrade.
Your data, your exit
Can I export my submissions?
Yes. Every tier - including Free - can export a complete ZIP of all forms, submissions, and file attachments as JSON, any time, from your account page. Your data is never held hostage.
What happens if Formhook shuts down?
We'd give at least 90 days' notice, with exports available the entire time. Migration is trivial by design: a form's
action URL is the only integration point, so switching providers is editing one line of HTML. Your forms keep working until the last day, and leaving takes one line.Pricing questions
Is there a free trial?
There's no trial because there's no clock. The Free plan is free forever and you can run production on it. Upgrade when you outgrow it.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, any time. Upgrades and downgrades are prorated automatically. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period.
What currency do you bill in?
Euro. Checkout runs through Polar, our Merchant of Record.
What about VAT?
Polar, as Merchant of Record, handles VAT and sends your invoice, so you don't have to.
