1. Who we are

Formhook (“Formhook”, “we”, “us”) is a form backend service operated by astropixels.rs. For questions about these terms, contact info@formhook.app.

2. The service

Formhook lets you collect HTML form submissions without running your own backend. You create an endpoint, point your form at it, and receive submissions in the dashboard. The service is hosted in the EU on Hetzner; Cloudflare sits in front for caching and TLS.

3. Your account

You must provide a working email address and keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service — for example, by sending spam through forms, attempting to break rate limits, or using forms to harvest data without consent of the people submitting it.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Formhook to:

collect submissions you have no lawful basis to collect;
send unsolicited bulk email through follow-up flows;
relay illegal content, malware, or phishing payloads;
circumvent quota, rate limit, or abuse-prevention features.

5. Plans and quotas

The free tier has limits on the number of forms and the number of submissions per rolling month. Limits are enforced server-side and visible in your dashboard. Paid tiers may be introduced; if so, billing terms will be presented before any charge.

We reserve the right to change tier values and limits — including the free tier — at any time and without prior notice. Material reductions to the free tier or pricing changes for paid tiers will be flagged per Section 10.

6. Data you collect via Formhook

You are the controller of submission data your forms collect. You decide what fields to ask for, how to inform your visitors, and how long to retain submissions. We act as a processor on your behalf, on the terms set out in our Data Processing Agreement. See the Privacy Policy for what we store and for how long.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep Formhook available, but we make no uptime guarantees on any tier. Maintenance windows and outages happen.

8. Termination

You can delete individual forms from your dashboard at any time, which permanently removes the form and all of its submissions. To delete your account entirely, or to request a copy of your data, email info@formhook.app — we'll process the request manually within a reasonable time. We can terminate accounts that violate these terms. Once data is removed it's gone, so keep your own copy if you need one.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Formhook is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be flagged on the homepage or dashboard before they take effect. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Disputes are resolved in the competent courts of Belgrade unless mandatory consumer-protection law dictates otherwise.
